Big Me

I’ve been working at my current job for exactly nine months, today.

Been thinking ’bout a change.

Maybe it’s that I’m so near to the eve of what John Mayer so eloquently refers to as the “quarter-life crisis.”

I’m considering doing a photography book, possibly publishing it next year.

I’ll be getting my first car in the very near future. It’s about time, I suppose.

I need to take more photos. My 365 Days Project is suffering.

I need to draw more; I could be doing so much with commissions.

Prayer helps a great deal.

I should write more. Like, in my blog.

I really want to see August Rush.

I should make these wants and desires into resolutions instead. Then they will be.

I resolve to do this.

Where the wild things were

Saturday night I attended the Young Wild Things Tour featuring Fall Out Boy, Gym Class Heroes, Plain White T’s, and Cute Is What We Aim For at the Wharf in Orange Beach, AL. It was about an hour and a half drive, because that was my first time going there, traffic was backed up going across the Bay Way that time of day (6:30ish), and it was dark. And The Wharf, I found, is way out in the boonies.
